The purpose of this study was to determine the juridical review of consumer protection against expired food products. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. The focus of this research is the Study of Consumer Protection Law on Expired Food Products. The method of data collection in this study used the literature study method. The type of data used is secondary data. The formulated legal problems will be answered through legal research using relevant legal theories to explain the legal protection of human rights against economic, social, and cultural rights. After classifying legal materials, both primary and secondary legal materials are analyzed and then described systematically. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that Indonesia already has many regulations in the field of food and consumer protection. However, in the area of ​​application of the law, it is still weak because there are still many violations committed by producers, distributors, and product sellers who have not heeded the Human Rights owned by consumers as part of the implementation of the task of supervising the implementation of consumer protection as mandated in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, and Law no. 18 of 2012 concerning food.

Gerakan yang bernuansa radikalisme yang dibawa oleh ideologi transnasional di Indonesia sudah menjadi ancaman yang nyata terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya aktualisasi dan diseminasi nilainilai aswaja dan juga nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai common platform berbangsa kepada seluruh ummat Islam khususnya dan warga bangsa pada umumnya. Islam Nusantara sebagai konsep keberagamaan Islam yang telah mengakar dan terbukti membawa kehidupan yang damai di Nusantara, layak untuk diperkenalkan pada bangsa-bangsa lain yang saat ini tengah diterpa konflik dan peperangan.

The establishment of the Act must be approved by the President as stated in Article 20 of the 1945 Constitution paragraph (2). Interesting when Indonesia uses a presidential system with the separation of powers. However, in the formation of the Act involving the President. Article 20 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution confirms the necessity of mutual agreement in the discussion and ratification of the Law. However, there are other assertions, namely that in Article 20 paragraph (5) of the 1945 Constitution, even without the President’s signature, the Act can still be promulgated within 30 days of the Draft Law being discussed. Things like that can’t just happen without a reason. Therefore, the writing of this study will look for the meaning of the agreement between the DPR and the President in the formation of the Law and how the legal politics of Article 20 paragraph (5) of the 1945 Constitution.

The writing of this study is focused on researching and searching for the meaning of mutual agreement and focusing on legal politics from Article 20 paragraph 5 of the 1945 Constitution. The research method in this writing is normative juridical. The results of the research can be concluded that the meaning of the joint agreement between the DPR and the President in the establishment of the Law is an agreement in determining the policy in the form of a Law which is a reflection of the principle of checks and balances. Legal politics Article 20 paragraph (5) of the 1945 Constitution is an affirmation of Article 20 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution or can be called an affirmation of collective agreement.

This study aims to analyze the position and authority of the Supreme Audit Agency’s audit in the Indonesian state administration structure. The research method used is the juridical-normative concept. This research uses statutory law materials and legal journals that have the subject of State Finance Law. This research was also conducted by analyzing the primary legal material, namely by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and legislation related to State Finance Law. Based on the study and analysis of legal sources, it can be concluded that the position of the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in the state administration system is a state institution whose authority is granted by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (constitutionally entrusted power) so that it can be called the main state organ or the primary state agency. The State Audit Board has the authority to carry out audits of state and regional financial management as mandated in Article 23E of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 15 of 2006 concerning the State Audit Board.

The issues discussed in this paper concerning the regulation of transportation services based on information technology in the Laws and Regulations. And the legality of information technology-based transportation services in the perspective of Law no. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transport (UU LLAJ). This paper uses a normative juridical research type, using a statute approach, conceptual approach and analitycal approach. The information technology-based transportation services are regulated in the LLAJ Law, Government Regulation Number 74 Year 2014 on Road Transportation (PP No. 74 Year 2014), and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 118 Year 2018 on the Implementation of Special Rental Transportation (Permenhub No. 118 Year 2018). Regarding the legality of information technology-based transportation services in the perspective of LLAJ Law, it is said to be legal if it is subject to the provisions of Permenhub. 118 of 2018.

One of the problems in Plaosan Village is the lack of creativity of Plaosan residents in utilizing tempe production in Plaosan Village. This is caused by limited knowledge and lack of awareness of the potential that exists in the village. Therefore, the researchers took the initiative to provide assistance in improving the skills of mothers in entrepreneurship. The purpose of community service is to provide training to the community in utilizing tempeh into processed tempe katsu which is useful for increasing people’s income. The method used is. The object of engagement are the women of the Plaosan Village community. The results of the training of tempe into tempe katsu are that the community can understand and understand the steps in making processed tempe products, namely tempe katsu, people can process their own products from tempe, namely tempe katsu which has been practiced before. The community has its own innovation to make tempe processed products as small and medium businesses and can support the economy, especially to increase income for the women of Plaosan Village.

Industrial production of tempe in the village of Plaosan in general can not the waste industry tempe properly so that it can pollute the water sources in the region. The investment procedure in Indonesia is still seen as complex and complicated. The complexity is seen in licensing, land acquisition, taxation, and other investment-related issues. A policy or regulation is required to simplify and accelerate the investment procedure. The existence of the Omnibus law No. 11 of 2021 on Job Creation is expected to make investing in Indonesia easier. However, the case with policies and regulations in general, good regulations are not always well-implemented. As a result, the Edwards III Model approach should be used to examine the execution of Law No. 11 of 2020 about Job Creation Related to the Ease of Business Cluster. The analysis’s results showed that four elements will influence the success as well as potential dangers associated with the law’s policy implementation, including communication factors, resource considerations, implementer attitude factors, and bureaucratic structure factors.

Online transportation in the period of the fourth industrial revolution provides convenience and accessibility, but it also causes social conflicts with conventional transportation such as motorcycle taxis, taxis, and public transportation. This study investigated the regulation of online and conventional transportation in Indonesia using a community-based approach. The study concluded that the government lacked a good public policy development model other than the stimulus reaction. Since policies were made after problems arose, they were considered ineffective. Based on the analysis and scoring, possible alternatives were recommended for being implemented such as: Online and Conventional Transportation Business Actors, Conventional Transportation Stimulus towards Online; and Changes to Regulations.
